Talk to Dermatologist on Dark Feet Knuckles

I have so dark feet knuckles..my hands knuckles are fear in color but feets are so dark please suggest me some cream or anything I've did pedicure many times but nothing happened I've used many moisturizers like nivea amd coconut oil but nothinh happened
