Dark Hard Skin

Question

Salam, i m asking here for my father ,actually he has some kind of dark and semi hard mark near his ankle From almost 1.5,2 recommend any ointment which can remove or lighten it, i am attaching pictures aswell

I am unable to see exact location where this lesion is located on the leg/feet.
However my guess is that it is a callosity. This usually occurs around the ankle joint because of body weight while saying prayers on the mat or in people who like to sit on the floor.

Treatment is to avoid putting the body weight on it and have it removed surgically. No oral or topical medicine.

betasalic oint/ vaseline 50:50
daily at night,
dont put weight on this area

prayer mat friction/sitting on this side while praying or idle sitting or put some soft cushion under while sitting on carpet/mat etc
betasalic at night daily.

Callosity due to friction .Avoid putting weight and friction .apply Novacylic ointment twice daily for one month and petroleum jelly after every two hrs on affected area.
