Talk to Dermatologist on Dark Intimate Parts

Hey Drs, meri kamar or hips or intimate parts bohat dark hain or mjhy bohat acne b hota hai wahan, meny CO2 k 3 sessions liye thy kamar k liye or wo 60% behtar hogai, but still my lower back is full of acne marks and very dark. (2) mai veet use krti thi for hair removal on private parts or uski waja sy my skin is extremely extremely black (not even dark brown, its black) and I feel so insecure about this because I am getting married this year. I really want to get rid of these problems. Please doctor recommend me a budget as well for the whole treatment of black parts and back acne & acne marks. Meny bohat sari medicines khain hain wo skin whitening, even meny 8 injections bhi lagwaye hain but 1% bhi fark nhi para, (i guess wo doctor mjhy bas loot rah tha) because he gave me 8 medicines for each day . I also have PCOS.
