Talk to Dermatologist on Dark Skin Around Neck, Underarms

Hi, I have a light brown color due to tan which seems okay and original color is fair of my body which isn't exposure to sun. I am in obesity now but I have been seeing dark skin around at the back side of my neck to sides, underarms, and inner thighs areas even before obesity when I was fit. kindly suggest me a procedure or cream to apply for long lasting results. I have seen a "White Balance Cream" in the mark for the removal of dark pigmented skin. Please suggest
