Talk to Dermatologist on Dark Spots, 2 Tone Skin And Old Acne Not Going Away

My skin was all good until last year. I usually don’t get acne. I only get acne in my exams once a year and that too dry kind of acne that goes away on its own in a month or 2. But last year my acne didn’t not go for a long time but it got reduced though. This time again in my exams I got acne but this time this has got worse then ever and not going back. Also I see brown spots increasing everyday and hyperpigmentation on my skin. What do I do kindly guide ? Attaching the pictures as well.
