Dark Thighs And Underarms

Question

I have PCOS and certain areas of my skin is darker than others, like underarms and inner thighs. it's looking odd. Is it Acanthosis Nigricans? please suggest me what treatment or medication should i take to get back the original and even colour? I'm getting married on the 4th of November. Please please advise some treatment. Please help!
