I have dark lines starting from the corners of both sides of my mouth, extending slightly downward. These lines are very visible on my face and look darker than the rest of my skin. The entire area between these two lines, including around my chin and lower mouth, also looks darker and uneven compared to my cheeks and forehead. I’m concerned about why this pigmentation and shadowing has developed, and how I can treat it.
