The only Treatment that's going to help you is a combination of PRP and Microneedling. These treatments do not come cheap.

Dr plz let me know estimated price range of microneedling ? Prp starting from twelve thousand per session here which is expensive for me

Well to complicate things my PRP is very expensive because I do not prepare it in laboratory test tubes.
I use a dedicated specific PRP kit called ProPRP in which I get close to 100% platelets and very good response for the patient. I inject platelets inside the thickness of the skin using an extremely fine needle. For microneedling I use the same PRP material for this treatment. I use either 36 needle or 42 needle microneedling.
At the end of the day I have an extremely satisfied patient.
These treatments are not a one day affair. It must be repeated every 4 weeks until the desired effects are obtained.
Lastly I am based in Karachi so you definitely can't make it.
