Talk to Dermatologist on Deep Pitted Chicken Pox Scar On Nose

I have a pox hole on my nose. Can anyone of you do fat grafting? I heard its permanent. I tried derma rolling 0.5 but nothing worked. A guy suggested I should go for Fat transfer.
Any filling that's done in the skin be it fat transfer or hyaluronic acid, eventually it gets resolved. Fat more quickly then anything else because fat is a component of the body. There are some high molecular weighr hyaluronic acid that when injected may not require maintenance treatment for 2/3 years.
I don't know who advised you 0.5mm dermaroller. This miniscule needle will never work. Although I have not examined your scar but microneedling for deep scar is generally started with 1.5-2.0mm needle.

Sir i just uploaded a pic. sir can fat grafting be performed in my case with efficient results? and is it permanent? fillers no matter how good they are they only last long 2 years maximum. I just want something permanent. its causing me depression. i dont know why bu this little scar on my nose is causing me to get suicidal thoughts. I cant enjoy anything. i wanna study get a life but it prevents me. please help me to get rid of it completly. jazak allah
