Talk to Dermatologist on Dermal Fillers Or Beard Growth Procedure?

I had a very rough past with severe acne. It was so bad that it caused one of my cheeks to lose volume, making it look like I don't eat enough. It's very noticeable, but only on one side; the other side is fine. I'm not usually in favor of cosmetic procedures, but I'm wondering if I should consider dermal fillers. On my cheeks my hair doesn't grow. I'm not sure what can be a treatment for it ?
