Talk to Dermatologist on Dermatiits

AoA dear team. There is a black mark appeared on top-centered of my forehead since a few days. I hv tried to remove it with sprit and other liquid but its not getting vanished. I hv never applied color on my hairs. I hv history of hairfall but its quite controlled yet. Firslty i need diagnose for that mark on forehead and a little mark on my left (right side in picture), it's not itching, there is no pain and it's not scratchable as well. Secondly i need treatment for my thin hairs, i prevent my self from getting bald but my hairs are so much thinner now. Am so worried. Pls help.
