I have sever problem of hair fall since 3 to 4 years and i also have deficiency of vitamin D and calcium. I used some multivitamins but it useless.
Hair fall is mainly Cox of family history and low levels of iron. U need to work on ur diet and improve ur eating habits. Secondly go to a dermatologist in ur area and they prescribe u good medications n shampoo to improve ur hair.
