AOA. I want to know about the use of Vit E capsules known as Evion. I have seen, people using Evion capsule by puncturing them and adding into mustard oil/coconut oil or any other hair oil and then applying on hair. Also have seen, adding the capsule with alovera gel and applying on face, or even applying the Capsule extract directly on skin overnight or in the day. Please advise is it safe to use this way?
Also can we use it while breastfeeding?
