Talk to Dermatologist on Dermatologist Opinion Required

hello doctor !! i have consulted two doctors physically for scalp seboric dermatitis and baldness problem .. but as usual they did nt gave me enough time to atleast ask my queries .. i have attached two prescription .. in which one dr has asked me to use dermasmooth oil (fluocinolome acetonide ) and in the second one doctor has prescribed ticovate lotion (fluticasone proportinoate ) to be mixed in oil .. please clear my querry that out of these 2 topical steriods which one doesnot aggrevate baldness .. because now a days im also facing ganjpan (picture attached) .. i want to use that steriod for seboric dermatitis which would also help me to control baldness .. please share ur feedback i would be very much thankful !! i have used clobederm in the past that helped me to control seboric dermatitis back in 2014 ( at that time my dr used to say that would also help u stop baldness )) should i use clobetasol ??

i want to know that your doctor tell you the cause of baldness or not , because when you don't know the underlying cause then no one can guide you in better way ,because there are multiple causes of baldness either hormonal or genetic or due to dandruff

dr alina she said this baldness is hinting towards because of longterm presence of eczema on scalp .. now my question is that dr out of the above steriods which are with less side effects .. i would like to tell u now a days my seb. derm. is very mild because for the last 2 mnths i have been using conaz thrice a week ... and seb.. derm. is almost nill ... but i also know that once i would stop conaz it would come back .. therefore now i have to use any steriod ...

now maam i really cant afford fees .. thatswhy i have posted my querry in detail here .. i would bw very thankful if u advice me on which cortisteriod to use on scalp for my remaining seb. dermatitis condition as i have told u alot has been improved by regular usage of conaz shampoo from the last two months thrice a week ..

steroid by itself not cause baldness so u can use any of them if u have more hair fall then u should go for some investigations to ruleout the cause like serum vit d levels serum ferritin level and TSH

kindly tell me in which percentage u are using fluocinolone acetonide either it's in potent range or mild to moderate DNT use clobederm as according to you your dermatitis is mild nowadays ticovate is good option for this

and maam if am.not mistaken i have to mix ticovate in any oil .. ?? if yes then how muxh should be the quantity ratio of ticovate lotion in oil

dear pt hairfall is a complex problem with multifactorial backgrounds
we need a detailed history n examination to reach he root cause
also heredity plays a major role
with all these facts in mind I don't feel myself justified give any suggestions regarding treatment

I don't know whom you consulted for seborrheic eczema of the scalp. These are fungal infections and steroids are not prescribed. If done but just only for few days. On top of that minoxidil was also prescribed which doesn't work in the presence of other meds on the scalp.
In my opinion you must stop using all the topical preparation first and visit my clinic for proper evaluation and treatment.

sir first of all thnx alot for reply .. sir as i have mentioned i have already made physical appointments now i can hardly afford a physical appiointment thats why i have posted here my querry .. now i have mild seboric dermatitis on scalp as i have beeen using conaz shampoo from the last 2 mnths so it has improved .. so please sir kindly advice out of the above cortisteriod which one is with less side effects to aggrevate baldness .. and also mention how to use it .. alone on scalp or to be mixed in any oil ..
