Hello My husband is facing reddish sores plus itching (rash) on his scalp and his private part as well. Sharing the picture here. He have already used canesten for penile Area but itchy rashes/ sores still persists on his genital part and Hairs. Kindly let me know what to give. Topical antifungal have already been used. Hx is for 10 days. Aggrevate after coital Activity on Genital Area. But thats not because of rough activity. Thats due to some skin disorder. Kindly suggest (I am Also Doctor but Don’t have much Idea about derma)
Apply Poly fax skin ointment 2 times a day on penile area. Apply fudic h cream at night . Apply BetAmet lotion over scalp. Use white dove soap.

Your haven't mentioned anything but by looking at the pictures it looks like he has fungal infection of the scalp.

His third picture looks very nasty. Now I must insist that he consult me on Monday afternoon. Without getting carefully history and detailed clinical examination no treatment can be suggested.
