Talk to Dermatologist on Dermatologists Pls Advice!

Hi Drs,
I am 23 years old, suffering from hairfall (Androgenic Alopecia as diagnosed), mamus have full hair, but father has suffered almost complete hairloss.
My concern is I want to stop the hairfall, and also keep in view the side effects from its medications.
I am advised to take fenestride and use minoxidil spray and perfectil +. I need advice abt finestride and minoxidil. Should I use them ? Are these safe to use? specifically minoxidil, as we read that it must be used lifetime. Also advise about PRP, is it really beneficial?

every medicine has its own side effects but no medicine is for life time ,your dermatologist if recommend these medicine to you than total duration also mentioned in your prescription, should start medication and remind your follow up to your dermatologist
yes prp is good option ,if you think that medication is of no use or not effective for you then can go for prp
