I am a 20 year old female, currently suffering from extreme hairfall. From my understanding, it might be due to Telogen Effulvium since I suffered from typhoid 3 months back. I got my TSH and Vitamin D levels checked too and I was vitamin D deficient.

Is there any way to stop this hairfall? How long should I expect this hairfall to continue? Is there anything I can do to improve the situation? I am currently taking Vitamin D supplements and hair supplements since the past 3 weeks however, the hairfall is still persistent.
