Assalaam u  daughter age 12 years 8 months has issue of some liquid like substance outflow from nipples near breast area.
She also feels some burning and irritation sometimes.
A doctor saw her and said its nipples  we go for any diagnostic x ray or blood tests  does nipples eczema occur in early  it normal...

Nipple eczema can occur at any age, I can't comment on it without seeing it. It should be kept moisturizer, avoid friction and consult a dermatologist.

My daughter at first used these medicines
Betonil lotion apply twice daily on scalp
Zoya
Tab Augmentin 625mg 3 times daily
Fudic H ointment apply twice she consulted dermatologist but after completion of course again liquid coming out of nipple
