My husband has thia lump from last 3 yrs earlier it was very smll but now it has grown to this size but doesnt hurt. I want to know what this is and how it can be treated

This nodule like like Dermatofibroma a harmless thing. It is removed if become painful or becomes itchy. However you can have it removed surgically anytime.
