Talk to Dermatologist on Dermatomyositis

My SIster in law was diagnosed with dermatomyositis last year. Since then she has been given all the possible treatments like Rituximab infusions,cellcept, prednisone, imuran etc and a heavy dose of steroids is always in her plate. Last month she was given her first IVIg infusion. But still no sign of improvement is seen. She is constantly loosing her appetite, suffering from severe nausea and vomit and constant weightloss. Please suggest what can be possibly done now? She is an extreme case of dermatomyositis. Thanks.
