Query from dermotologists: My brother aged 23 is having recurrent (Baal Khora) Alpocecia areata perhaps. He's been applying clobederm on it but looks like it's not going away. He's also complaining for moderate hair loss. Please guide.

U can’t apply clobederm it will cause permanent hair loss scarring alopecia pls take an appointment for proper treatment
This is most of the time a genetic disorder ie occuring in families or with it's associated disorders of the skin & hair. Sometimes hair grow back without treatment but most of the patient's needs treatment and Regrowth begins if AA not more than 6-months old. My suggestion to you is to send him to my clinic and I will advise the treatment and it's management after clinical examination. I am working during this lockdown.

I tried lots of Expensive creams etc but it can only go by having PRP treatment
we can inject locally steroid injection for this but as now a days u cant go out so try provate s lotion twice a day tab surbex z one daily
