Assalamualaikum, skin doctor recommends me Oratane tablet and Vibramycin for acne.. but whenever i take vibramycin i feel dizziness and some times nausea bhi feel hota hai.. i skipped vibramycin for two days and i was i started taking again and i am feeling dizzy again.. kindly suggest should is it bcz of the tablet? ya koi or reason hai dizziness ka.. i am taking only 1 vibramycin after lunch Oratane after dinner.. Thanks in advance
