Dry and itchy patches on back and some times painful from 4-5 days. Attaching the pictures. Kindly tell me what it is and please tell how to resolve it?

I cannot say with certainty what it is. Like your said it could be an eczema or it could be fungal infection. Since your mentioned it is painful, it could be something else.
