please give syp. desora one Teaspoon full every night.. mix 2 clobevate ointments + hydrex emollient. and apply on the affected areas twice a day..
note:- dont use antiseptic soaps e.g dettol, safeguard.

This looks like xerotic eczema which may have started from legs but gradually spreading towards body and arms.
My advice to you is to bring your child to my clinic. so that she is examined thoroughly. I am working during the lockdown.
