Talk to Dermatologist on Dry/peeling Areola

Few days ago the skin around my nipples started getting dry. It was fixed for a few hours after I applied some moisturisers or oils but started getting dry again. Now the dry skin is peeling and discharging a yellowish liquid (from areola not nipple) that gets hardened. It’s sensitive to touch and also itching a bit if touched.
