My husband has developed dry hard skin on his toes, the skin used to get hard since quite a long time which he used to cut as a dead skin but now the skin is also turning black, and hard. No pain nothing but he is just concerned why it is turning black. Picture attached

To start with, ask him to apply Vaseline at least morning and night daily and this will soften the lesion and he will get better.

If possible ask him to make an appointment for online consultation and upon talking to him and examining the lesion I will suggest treatment at that time.
