Dry Skin On Face And Head

Question

Baby boy age 3 month. There is some dryness on babies face on t zone area and and some dry patches on head. We consult the doctor and he said it is fungal infection although it look like simple dryness. He give s tropical cream hydrogel cream. Is this safe to use in baby skin

yes its cradle cap n fungal infection. looks like dryness but it's generally the infection. cream is fine u can use it. but the best judge wud be the dr who has seen the baby.
