Dryness And Dandruff

Question

i am having this type of dryness on both sides of my nose and dandruf type thing also gathers on same place
plus i am having dandruff on my skull
dr prescribed me Hyseke sol 2% solution to wash the affected area nose and skull and apply onvate 0.05% lotion (fluticasone propionate) 
i am using both of this shampo and lotion since 3 4 years but whenever i left to use these medication the problem reappears 
is there any side affect using the said medication permanantly?
or is there any alternate medication?

I cannot be certain but it looks like to a infection either by fungus or a fungus-like organism.

I am away these days but I will return back to karachi on 17Aug. Since your disease is 4-5 years old, I would like to examine your scalp and face. Perhaps you visit karachi soon so that I treat you.
