Dull Skin And Acne Marks

Question

I have always had clear and normal skin and never experienced acne before. However, for the past 2 months I have developed many tiny bumps and pimples, mainly on my forehead and near my ears. Some of these have left brown marks, my skin looks dull, and I am also getting dark circles. Could you please guide me on the possible cause and treatment?
