Talk to Dermatologist on Dull Skin( For Dermatologists)

I'm a 20 year old guy. I'm facing the issue of dull skin and I think the issue is the lack of needed vitamins ( cause I used to take surbex Z 1 tablet everyday)
now that I have stopped taking it, the problem has resurfaced.
I could buy the Surbex Z again but I know it is not specially for the skin so can any dermatologist here tell me some multivitamins tablet that I can take which is made up specially to get healthy, glowing skin.
There is NO multivitamin specifically for Dermatological use. Anything that you eat circulates all the body thru blood.
