I have cuts behind ear. Doctor suggested me to apply vaseline and I'm applying it but it's not healing.

if both ears are involved n u also have dandruff issue then it is likely seborrhoeic dermatitis .

A proper diagnosis without actual examining the patient is not possible. Knowing there history of the skin condition etc is very important.
