Talk to Dermatologist on Eczema

I'm suffering from extreme case of eczema from past 5, 6 years. I have a family history of asthma and allergies. There are dark, rigid and scaly patches on my whole back, chest, upper arms and upper thighs. Around this time of year the itchiness increases due to heat. The itchiness comes back and goes but the scars remain there. They hardly fade away. Please help !
