I had this on one of my leg from last almost 3 years. when it gets dry then become itchy. sometimes I apply dermovate ointment. it relief the itching for sometime.

You need to consult a Dermatologist. Meanwhile just apply Vaseline to the rash at least twice daily. I really cannot prescribe you any medicine without first examining the lesion.
