Talk to Dermatologist on Eczema Or Fungal Infection??

my nephew has this ring shaped ,I don't know,it's either eczema or fungal infection since last few days. he is around 12 years old. he is having no pain in it and he is having only very slight itching,almost negligible. pls kindly advise me some good treatment regarding this problem. thanks
