Talk to Dermatologist on Erysipelas

maam we are in very trouble only due to mother is the patient of heart and doctors recommended bypass after bypass she felt well but 3 years later she felt pain in chest and swelling also. few day later their stitches were open like a small wholes from there puss is came and cant stops can u treat this and help us plzz???
