Talk to Dermatologist on Excessive Dry Scalp, Dandruff

i am 22 years old male...i have been facing this issue for almost 2 years now and its getting worse day by day...i have used every oil like coconut etc good quality shampoo even medical proven seasum oil,every good homr remedies,but didnot get any result soo far. I have been applying oil for two years twice and thrice a week,washes with shampoo with medimum cold water...i feel really itch in head sometimes escpecially when i go to bed i feel like scratch my head till it bleeds .it is too dry that when i wash my hairs then it only stops just for a day then next day dandruff grows quick and when i run my fingers through my hair my fingers get oily .i dont know how it please help me out..i am also attaching pictures below.

Try using ketoconazole shampoo for 2 weeks... avoid oiling .
if problem still persists consult a doctor

use it on alternate days after washing with plain normal the foam of this medicated shampoo for7 to 8 min n then rinse the scalp with effective use it for 1 month, otherwise consult after 15 days

sorry to bother again...i just wanted to 't i just use recommended shampoo?with 1 or days break?or do i still have to usr regular one?

plain regular shampoo should be used daily ... and... ketoconazole shampoo should be used on alternate days after washing with regular shampoo because superficial oil n dirt will be removed with regular this way regular shampoo will help medicated shampoo to provide maximum benefit to the scalp with medication in it.
