Talk to Dermatologist on Excessive Eyelash Fall

Medical History: Jaundice in December 2012 Typhoid in September 2019

I had nice healthy eyelashes but since i suffered from jaundice i lost almost all of them. After trying every possible multivitamin, vitamin E on eyelashes, vaseline and other hacks, I have been unable to restore them. There are times they get better but keeps on falling off. After recovering from typhoid I started losing my hair almost all of them and eyelashes too, consulted a dermatologist and she prescribed different medicines including zinc and biotin which worked perfectly for my hair. But my eyelashes are still at their worst and are having blank gaps. What can be done for better effects? I am not up for eating any more tablets and would be great if recommended a serum or ointment.
