Asalamwalikum,there are multiple factors which need to be rule out as hormonal factors, metabolic disturbances and if menstural cycle is distributed then also need hormonal test and ultrasound also ,so it's better to consult gynaecologist first if no hormonal issue then consult dermatologist for laser hair removal
