So i was thinking of getting rid of this oily skin bcz it is really frustrating... And lowers confidence significantly... Should i get on complete a complete accutane course and i want to do a complete accumulated quantity of it so that its results are permanent to long-lasting which is usually not the case with low to moderate dose of accutane... Bcz dermatologist usually prefer low dose but its not effective in long term

Please get a consultation booked. Accutane is advised for nodulocystic acne. Oily skin alone does not warrant a retinoid. There are other ways of managing it.
apply retinol serum at night, niacinamide serum during day and salicylic acid toner three times a week. also use foaming gentle facial cleansers to remove excess oil
