Talk to Dermatologist on Excessive Sweat In Hairs Even In Winters

hello dr .. iam posting this query for my niece .. she is 5 years old but we dont know that why she sweats alot in hairs even in winters ..

actually sometimes when her hairs are wet and she sits below the fan she gets the flu thats why we have to care for her alot that she dont get the flu ..

please let me know what could be the reason .. is there any other health cndition that can make her sweat more on head ??
