Talk to Dermatologist on Extreme Dandruff Hair Fall And Dry Skin
Asking for Self, Female, 26 years old, Lahore
Aoa hi iam from lahore and i came to Germany about an year ago here weather is dry as compared to lahore and iam facing Dandruff dry skin and extreme hairfall and since a week ago it has gotten really worse and it is not possible for me to see a doctor soon it takes months to get an appointment can you please kindly suggest me something i would highly appreciate it. Thank you

Use any anti dandruff shampoo. But apply it on scalp for 15 mins at least before and then wash. Dont use too hot water for washing. Hopefully this wud help. Good luck.
