i moved to a dry weather area but from a few months my hands have gone extremly dry even thoough i have used all kind of moisturizing cream and keep getting this allergy on and off as well please guide me

Unless you stop using soaps and detergents it's going to be worse.
Limit soaps for personal use only. Apply Vaseline to hands 20-times daily.
