Talk to Dermatologist on Extreme Hair Loss

Aoa doctor. Hope you're doing well.. I am 16 years old and my mother, aged 38, are experiencing extreme hair loss since several years.. We have tried almost every treatment, for instance, PRP, Human resource Korean exosomes, minoxidil spray, minoxidil foam, supplements of all kinds, different topicals, herbal oils and shampoos, homemade toners (since past 3 years) but nothing has worked and we are finding hair almost everywhere in our house... All our blood tests and hormonal are normal, we don't have an issue in diet.. we visited many doctors in lahore and out of Pakistan but nothing works... Matter of fact, we belong to a family with very thick hair so it isn't genetic. Do you recommend a tricoscopy to find the root cause? Or is there any other solution out there?
