i have been scratching hard my scalp from 3 days because of irritation and today i noticed transparent watery like thing in my hair, it was all wet and after some time it made my hair stick and hard. im very much exhausted by scratching and it is also very smelly. this has never happened to me , please help me get rid of this

i made a video to see it myself; but nothing as such is visible, but when i touch it or scratch it i can feel it. its veryy inflammable and itchyy, n hairs of that area are almost wet due to water discharge from scalp n after a moment the hairs get stick together n are hard
