Talk to Dermatologist on Extreme Strawberry Legs And Ingrown Hair

I use epilator to remove hair, which is the last suitable way I found to remove hair. Meaning none other way turned out as helpful as epilator. But it has or I don’t know what causes ingrown hair and sometimes with infection. And even after completely removing leg hair they stills looks like their is very slight difference of no long hair otherwise it still dark and spoty as before. I even exfoliate with exfoliating glove in every bath I take. Why is it and what should do to prevent it? Kindly can anybody guide?
