Face Acne From Facial Razor

asalam alikum. 
 i am facing ache problem after using facial razor . i have been using facial razor since 1 year but never had any acne problem before ,it might be happen because of old razor. 
acne is on forehaed and now spreading allover the face .
any medicine or ointment that can be helpful kindly mention it.
