Talk to Dermatologist on Face Burn Marks And Beard Growth

I gotten burn scars on my face due to fire burn. These scars are 28 years old and covers almost 70% coverage of face and due to these sign my beard not properly grow on it. I want to get rid of them and want proper good treatment. Any recommendation / suggestion or treatment type e.g Co2 Laser, Plastic Surgery etc etc ..?? No need to suggest any medicine, I am totally disappointed for previous. i need serious and quick remedy. Thanks Jazakallah
