i have 2 colors on my face my forehead and the area around my mouth is darker than the rest of my face there is also acne my skin is dry on the area of the mouth and oily on the cheek bone and nose i think i have combination skin so how my face color can be corrected

i had used vitamin c serum from conatural and sunscreen from derma shine
i wash my face with face wash first then serum then mosturizer and then sunscreen
my skin got better but now it is getting like that
