Six months ago i got a frackle on left side of my forhead then a month ago i got another one on my left cheek . I have no stomach liver ,kidney etc problem Alhamdu Lilah .. I drink enough water daily which should be.. but i dont know why it's happening.. please guide me

Freckles are normal. It runs in the family. You will continue to get more of these throughout your whole life. Unless you completely avoid exposure to UV rays.

Freckles are related to sun exposure and are seasonal too. you must wear a sunscreen everyday. Still we need to be sure of the diagnosis so you need to show
