Talk to Dermatologist on Face Rashes And Itching.

Aoa, since last few months, I am facing this issue for two times a week, I don’t use irritating or chemical products. I have dry skin and My skin care routine is simple ,Using mild moisturiser these days, But still my skin get tiny red bumps and a kind of allergy. Idk if I’m allergic to something or what because it’s only my face affected . what should I do to get rid of it? I don’t go out frequently and it’s not pollen allergy, I’m not taking any medications ,Can you guys please recommend me some good ointment/cream for this..
